Advice, not a list of adverts

Property portals show listed homes. We review your criteria and let you know when we identify a property that matches what you are looking for.

Beyond identifying homes that match your criteria, we go through what is worth checking: condition, available documentation and the terms of the transaction. That helps you compare options before deciding.

We support you during your property search and purchase, providing clear information so you can make informed decisions. Our guidance concerns real estate and does not replace specialist legal advice or regulated financial advice.

How it works

From what you want to the keys

Four steps, and the first is a conversation, not a long form.

  1. What you are really looking for

    We start with your preferred areas, budget and essential requirements. Together, we define the criteria for your search.

  2. Shortlist and judgement

    We select properties that match your criteria and explain both their strengths and the aspects worth examining. If we have concerns about a property, we explain why so you can make an informed decision.

  3. Viewings with someone who knows the area

    We go together and look at what the photos leave out: aspect, noise, real condition, the building's community and what is two streets away.

  4. Negotiation and completion

    We support you with the offer, commercial terms and the coordination of paperwork and signing, with Dylan as your main point of contact.

Interested in one particular property?

That is a different thing and it is requested separately: a viewing is tied to a published home, with its address, its price and its availability. The personal search on this page is for when you do not know which one it is yet. Once there are published properties, each one will have its own viewing request.

Basic data protection information

Purpose: Respond to and follow up on your personalised purchase search.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients: No automatic sharing with Huspy or collaborators. Processors: Neon (database), Railway (hosting) and Resend (email notice to the data controller, without your personal data).

Retention: If closed without a transaction, 24 calendar months from closure, subject to any exceptions the law provides.
