What data we collect

It depends on what you do on the site:

• If you request a valuation: the address of the home and its features (floor area, year, floor level, lift, condition, aspect, extras), and then your name, phone or email, how you prefer to be contacted, when you are thinking of selling and whether you are the owner.
• If you write through the contact form: your name, your phone or email and your preferred channel.
• If you arrive from an advert: the campaign parameters in the URL (which advert you came from), so we know which campaigns work.
• Your IP address, only temporarily and in memory, to limit how many submissions can be made per minute and prevent abuse of the form. It is not stored in the database.

The address of the home is stored because it is essential in order to value it: the estimate is calculated by comparing it with real homes nearby.

What we use it for, and on what legal basis

We use your data to calculate your estimate, to send you the report if you left an email, and to contact you about that enquiry or about a professional review if you ask for one. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (article 6.1.a GDPR).

We do not use your data for anything else. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes and we do not send you advertising from other companies. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as we are in contact and, at most, 3 years from our last interaction with you. After that it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it sooner.

Who else handles it

Only providers working on our behalf and under contract:

• Resend, Inc. — envío de los correos de aviso y del informe de valoración (Estados Unidos).
• Railway Corp. — alojamiento del sitio web (Unión Europea).
• Neon Inc. (servidores en Frankfurt) — alojamiento de la base de datos (Unión Europea).

One of these providers is based in the United States, which means an international transfer of data. It relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and does not track you across sites. It does not load fonts, maps or scripts from external domains either. The only cookie that may be created is the session cookie for the private admin panel, which is strictly necessary and is not created by browsing the public site. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to processing or take it elsewhere. Write to sattaridylan@gmail.com saying which right you wish to exercise; we reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Automated decisions

The value estimate is calculated by an algorithm from the data you give us and from real listings in your area. It is indicative, produces no legal effects on you and does not replace an official appraisal — see the legal notice. Any decision about your home is yours, and you can ask for a human review at any time.
