Rent

Renting in Madrid, from both sides

Finding somewhere to live and letting your own home are two different things, with different questions. Choose where you start.

Rent

Which side are you on?

Looking to rent

Finding somewhere to live, without chasing adverts

We help you look for a home to rent in Madrid, taking your priorities, budget and timescales into account. We review the options and the steps involved with you.

  1. What you need, and from when

Area, monthly rent and the date you have to move in. In rentals the date matters as much as the price.

  2. Search and selection

We review your criteria and let you know when we identify a property that matches what you are looking for.

  3. Viewings and paperwork

We help coordinate viewings, always subject to confirmation, and go through the details worth checking in each property. We also explain which documents may be needed.

  4. Contract and moving in

Before signing, we go through the main commercial terms of the tenancy with you, including its duration, rent, deposit and each party's responsibilities. This explanation does not constitute a specialist legal review.

Tell us your preferred area, monthly rental budget and when you need a home. This will help us understand your search.

This form sends your request. What you write will reach Dylan Sattari, who will reply by the means you give. There is no need to send it twice.

Letting my property

Letting your home, with judgement about who takes it

We help you prepare your property for letting: we work with you on the rent and commercial terms, present the property and review enquiries before moving towards signing.

  1. Rent and terms

What rent holds up in your area and for your property, and which terms are worth setting. Explained, not imposed.

  2. Preparation and listing

We prepare the photographs, description and available documentation before listing the property, so its features are presented clearly.

  3. Tenant selection

We speak to interested applicants and review enquiries before arranging viewings. Before moving forward, we go through the key aspects of the letting process with you so you can make an informed decision.

  4. Signing and key handover

We support you through contract signing, key handover and preparation of the inventory.

Tell us which property you would like to let, where it is and when it could become available. This will help us understand your enquiry.

This form sends your request. What you write will reach Dylan Sattari, who will reply by the means you give. There is no need to send it twice.
