Neighbourhood remodelling and municipal colonies
The district holds numerous projects from the Barrios en Remodelación programme, which ended in 1989, and several colonies of municipal housing.

Its neighbourhoods are Orcasitas, Orcasur, San Fermín, Almendrales, Moscardó, Zofío and Pradolongo, over 777.77 hectares. Its festivals are held in June, on the weekend closest to St John's day.
